 Building Permit Application

To apply for a building permit, contact City Hall with a completed application.

Online: Oregon ePermitting

In person:  Monday through Thursday (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

Be prepared with the property address, property owner's contact information, contractor CCB# and contact information, a summary of the proposed work to be done and the contractor's bid amount. Remember that all contractors must have a business license in the City of Rogue River.

Plan for all permits to take a minimum of 48 hours to be processed, and potentially a week or more. Some simple permits (mechanical and plumbing) can be issued on the same day.

Request must be received by 5 p.m. for next day inspections and must include address, contact information, type of inspection and permit number.
